About the Role
As a Key Account Specialist, you’ll own the sales process from prospecting to close. You’ll partner with our Oil & Gas market team to identify new opportunities, tailor solutions to meet customer needs, and build lasting relationships that deliver measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in the Oil & Gas space.
- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and quoting to closing deals.
- Develop strategic account plans for high-potential customers.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Inside Sales, Service Centers, Technical Staff) and vendor partners.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress to leadership.
- Resolve issues, manage customer needs, and ensure excellent post-sale support.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of proven sales success, ideally in the Oil & Gas market.
- Goal-oriented, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and professionalism — in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Enjoys solving problems, working with engineers, and offering value-added solutions.
- Can read technical drawings or is eager to learn.
- Holds a valid driver’s license and is comfortable with regional travel.
