What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge at your Service Center — from job scheduling to driving results.
- Build, coach, and inspire your crew to grow their skills and crush it every day.
- Foster a culture of safety, lean practices, and continuous improvement.
- Become a trusted partner to our customers — solving problems and delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales to grow service opportunities and drive performance.
- Track your KPIs like a pro: sales, quality, delivery, cost — you’ve got it covered.
- Manage inventory effectively while maintaining stellar service levels.
- Jump in when needed — whether it’s troubleshooting or lending a wrench, you know your stuff.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of experience in service (industrial, off-road, diesel, or construction equipment preferred).
- Proven leadership or supervisory background.
- Strong customer service instincts and a team-first attitude.
- Solid mechanical aptitude — you're comfortable with diagnostics, schematics, and tools.
- A talent for coaching, problem-solving, and staying cool under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have military or vocational diesel training.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Are passionate about lean practices and process improvement.
- Can develop techs and help them move up the skills ladder like a true mentor.
